Single-member plans start at $30 a year, and family plans (which includes parents and dependant children under the age of 26) start at $60 a year.

Under this plan, you get access to:

• 30% off eye exams and contact lens fittings (not billable to medical insurance)
• 30% off dry eye treatments like IPL, MiboFlow, and more (not covered by other insurance)

Contact lenses and over-the-counter items (dry eye supplies, basic reading glasses, basic sunglasses, etc.) are not included.
